RETURN & REFUND POLICY

RETURNS


All items we sell are antique and will have have given many years of use and pleasure during their lifetime. We strive to give an accurate description of condition along with numerous photographs of each item. Should any element of an items condition be unclear to you or you would like more detail please contact us before purchasing and we will be happy to provide. 

If you are subsequently unhappy with your purchase for any reason please inform us within 30 days via our contact form. Please note you will be liable for the delivery and return costs if you do decide to return an item, and a refund for the original sale price will be provided within 5 working days of receipt of the item in it’s original condition.

DAMAGED RETURNS

Please thoroughly inspect all items at the time of delivery. 

If you find an item has been damaged in transit please do not sign for or take receipt of the goods, but return them with the delivery driver. Contact us immediately via email or phone with the reason for the return and we will process a refund once the item is back with us.

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER


You have the right to cancel your order any time up to 14 days after receiving the item(s). You will then have to ensure the item(s) are returned to us within 14 days at your cost and we will refund the original sale price within a further 14 days provided the item(s) are returned in the same condition as when sold.
